The short answer
Park once, stay all night. That's the whole point of Seabreeze. There's street parking on Seabreeze Blvd and the surrounding side streets, plus public lots within a short walk of the strip. On weekend nights the closest spots go fast, so arrive before about 9 PM or plan on a couple of blocks of walking. On weekends we open at noon for football, so an afternoon arrival sidesteps the evening rush.
Your options, closest to farthest
- Seabreeze Blvd itself. Street spots right on the strip. Prime real estate, and gone early on Friday and Saturday.
- Side streets (Grandview, Peninsula, and the numbered crossings). Usually your best bet after 9. Read the signs; some stretches are residential.
- Public lots and garages toward the boardwalk and Ocean Center. A 5 to 10 minute walk, and the stress-free choice on big nights.
Busy-season reality check
During Bike Week, Speedweeks, Jeep Beach, and Biketoberfest, beachside parking becomes a contact sport. Those weeks, skip the hunt entirely and get dropped off. Rideshare pickups and drop-offs work fine right on the strip.
Honest advice from people who serve drinks
If the plan is a real night out, take an Uber or Lyft. It costs less than you'll spend on your second round, there's no end-of-night math about who's driving, and your car isn't sitting on the beachside overnight. We'd rather see you back tomorrow than towed tonight.
Once you're parked
You're set. Everything is walkable from there. We're at 312 Seabreeze Blvd, open Tuesday through Sunday (from noon on weekends), and the whole strip lines up within a few blocks. Start with us, end with us, or both. Here's what's on this week.
